Who operates this site

SCorpPro is operated by ITERATIVE SYSTEMS LLC. This policy explains the information handling in this site’s inquiry and resource-request features.

Information you choose to provide

The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional business name, stage of business, and message. A checklist request collects your first name, email, and optional marketing consent. Please do not include Social Security numbers, EINs, financial account information, tax returns, or other sensitive tax documents in these forms.

How the information is used

We use inquiries to respond to the questions you submit and discuss possible services. We use resource requests to provide the requested checklist. If you separately opt in, we also use your details to send SCorpPro tips and resources. An inquiry alone does not enroll you in marketing emails.

Services that process submissions

Web3Forms processes and routes form submissions. Kit manages optional email subscriptions and the SCorpPro resource tag. Resend provides requested resource emails when email delivery is active. These providers may process submitted information and technical information needed to operate their services.

Calculator and technical information

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not included in form submissions. The site does not intentionally store your calculator inputs in browser storage. Hosting and form providers may process IP addresses, request logs, and other technical information for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. This site does not install advertising analytics or advertising cookies.

Retention and your choices

Form submissions and email records are retained in the services used to fulfill requests and manage business communications. You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can unsubscribe using the link in future marketing emails. Downloading the checklist does not require marketing consent.
